Mind provides advice and information and support for people with mental health problems and spreads awareness of mental health.

In this campaign, Mind are targeting football fans with mental health problems.

This campaign is representing football fans of all classes. But football fans are stereo typically middle aged men.
D) Campaign Message:
The message for this campaign is 'Have your mates back'. This message suggests that you should look out for your friends and to support them with whatever they are dealing with. Mind would sell their football shirts with their logo on which you can wear backwards to show that you have your mates back. These shirts were sold at football matches.

Footballers would wear their football shirts with the Mind logo beside their name so that everyone could see the logo and to show their support for the charity. Also football t-shirts with the Mind logo were sold at so that the people watching the game can buy one to raise money for the charity and to help raise further awareness for people with mental health problems.

I don't think that there are any legal issues with this charity because they have teamed up with the EFL for this campaign. I don't think that there are any ethical issues with this campaign because it is all for a good cause.

The ASA would deal with complaints with the print based adverts for this campaign and the BBFC would deal with complaints with TV based adverts. The wouldn't have any issues with the materials for this campaign because they are original and this campaign is for a good cause and doesn't contain any offensive material.

Mind started this campaign with the EFL when the EFL championship league began which is the second highest football league in the English football league system. This means that this would gain Mind lots of publicity which would then increase the support for their charity.
